Description: Boys, age 7-17, who love to sing, are encouraged to audition for the Maryland State Boychoir. We are accepting boys into our training choir, as well as into our advanced touring choirs. Description: The Maryland State Boychoir will host the eleventh annual Baltimore Boychoir Festival on May 14 and 15, 2010. Participants include: The Newark Boys Chorus (Newark, New Jersey), The Georgia Boychoir (Atlanta, Georgia), The Boychoir of Ann Arbor (Ann Arbor, Michigan), The Maryland Boy Choir (Riverdale, Maryland), members of The Gettysburg Children’s Chorus (Gettysburg, PA), and The Maryland State Boychoir (Baltimore, Maryland). This year’s Festival Director is Stephen Hatfield.

Title: Annual Spring Concert
Location: Maryland State Boychoir Center for the Arts
Description: The Maryland State Boychoir, under the direction of Frank Cimino, Stephen Holmes, and Patrick Bourckel, will perform their annual Spring Concert on Sunday, April 25, 2010 at 4:00 P.M., at the Maryland State Boychoir Center for the Arts (3400 Norman Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland). The concert will feature the Changed Voice, Concert, Tour, Treble, and Handbell Choirs performing a variety of music, including classical and contemporary masterworks, gospel, spirituals, and folksongs. This concert is open to the public. Tickets are between $12 and $22 (plus $1 online processing fee), depending on seating preference. Tickets are available at the door.
